I have always had a recurring dream of running. In my dream, I am running to keep up with someone or something, but no matter how hard I try, I cannot catch them. Sometimes I am running through a forest, and other times through empty streets. The dream always leaves me feeling confused and breathless, and I wake up feeling as though I have just run a marathon. I have often wondered what this dream means, and after some research, I discovered that dreaming of running is a common thing.
